Please follow the steps below to reset the default settings of any of our software products:

Within Windows 10 and 11 the directories are located at:

C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\www.My-Software.co.uk

Where {Username} is your Windows user account .  The above directories are system directories that are hidden and will not appear in a search of your PC.  You may need to type the path directly within the Windows Explorer window to access the hidden directory.

Make sure the software is closed; then delete the relevant product folders you would like to reset; and then uninstall and reinstall the software products:.
