If you are receiving the following error message:

For security purposes, this program will not run while system debuggers are active. Please remove or disable the system debugger before trying to run this program again.

Open INTERNET EXPLORER, go to ADVANCED OPTIONS by clicking on TOOLS/OPTIONS (then advanced), and make sure script debugging is turned off.  Other system debuggers may exist and may need removing.
