We currently support EPSON and CANON CD/DVD printers, if you own a printer which is not available in our software, then you can request we add this printer by opening a support ticket at www.My-Help.co.uk

If you own a printer and the format is not available we have included generic formats (with EPSON CD/DVD printers you will need to discover if your printer supports tray type 1 or 2, please contact us if you require assistance):
