Solution

Please lower the DPI quality on the Print ribbon.

We also recommend disabling any Advanced/Photo Enhancement options in your printer settings and downloading the latest printer drivers from the printer manufacturers website. If the problems persist, please submit a support ticket at www.My-Help.co.uk
